Sawtooth Oak Quercus acutissima Hardiness : Zone 6 - 9 The Sawtooth Oak grows 40' - 60' in height.  Leaves are a dark lustrous green in summer; often a clear yellow to golden brown in autumn, developing late, often in November.  Acorns are about 1" long and are among the first acorns to ripen and fall.  Often heavy crops are borne.
